Innovations in Post-Survey Reporting

Technology has made conducting surveys simpler and more efficient than ever. Unfortunately, gaining insight from survey data has not benefited from the same level of innovation.  The survey data may be transferred between multiple platforms and handled by a variety of people inside and outside the business before the organization can extract any real insights. This convoluted process creates long delays between the completion of data collection and the delivery of critical insights derived from the data.

This paper highlights the need for accelerated innovation in the ‘insight generation’ process and proposes a new model to dramatically expedite the analysis and processing of survey data to uncover critical business insights.
